fowlboys at seascc 2026.
we took the diner on the road. three days at pavilion bukit jalil for the southeast asia super collectors convention — one booth, and a menu built for the occasion: backwood bbq wings, mac & cheese with tenders, tenders & garlic bread. a convention full of collectors, and we showed up with the food. felt right.

jakarta. first one out.
we left the country. finally. three days at space available jakarta — our first ever international kitchen takeover, and a city that made us want to show up properly. we didn’t just bring the classics over. we recalibrated them — locally sourced, familiar fowlboys energy, built for a new city. chicken waffle, nashville tenders, grilled corn, charred cabbage. jakarta, it was an honour. we hope we did you proud. 🫡

a weekend at serendah.
sometimes you need to get everyone out of the city. two days at sekeping serendah — jungle setting, no traffic, no lunch rush. just the team, properly off the clock for once. we ran the fowlmazing race through the grounds (competitive doesn’t even begin to cover it), sat down for a mini townhall about where we’re headed, then a lucky draw and a makan-makan that went long because nobody was in a hurry to leave. exactly what it needed to be.

machino. hana pancake.
a sweet one. we teamed up with machino for their 5th anniversary — the hana pancake at rm18, with pistachio sauce and maple butter, one weekend only at the campus. the first 100 orders walked away with a 10% off voucher for the machino booth at house of machino. two brands, one weekend, a pancake worth showing up for. sweet collab. sweeter memories. 🌸

lunch for 25 orang asli kids from slim river, up in the klang valley for a week of workshops with suka society’s project inspirasi. each kid got the full spread — drumstick, two tenders, fries, house slaw, cluck sauce, southern iced tea. one day, one meal, hopefully one they remember. grateful to play a small part. 🫡

a day at splashmania.
every once in a while the aprons come off. the whole crew traded the kitchen for gamuda cove — teambuilding, treasure hunt, lucky draw, every waterslide we could get to before sunset. the people who make fowlboys work — front of house, kitchen, management — doing something completely removed from fried chicken, just being around each other. that part matters more than it sounds. same crew, different setting, still exactly us.
