the whole fowlboys crew traded the kitchen for gamuda cove — a full day out at splashmania for our annual team retreat. teambuilding, a treasure hunt, lucky draw, and yes, every waterslide we could get to before sunset.
it’s the kind of day that’s hard to explain on paper but easy to feel in the room the week after. the people who make fowlboys work — front of house, kitchen, management — doing something completely removed from fried chicken, and just being around each other. that part matters more than it sounds.
