from 30 january to 1 february 2026, fowlboys touched down in jakarta for our first ever international kitchen takeover at space available jakarta — three days, one menu, and a city that made us want to show up properly.
we didn’t just bring the classics over. we recalibrated them — thoughtful, locally sourced ingredients, familiar fowlboys energy, built for a new city. on the menu: chicken waffle, nashville tenders, grilled corn, and charred cabbage.
