We’re opening Capitol PJ (Nov 2026) and Subang Parade (Dec 2026), and we’re looking for people to open them with us. Front of house and kitchen, full-time or part-time.
Open roles
on the floor
- Supervisor 2 years in F&B and you’ve led a shift
- Server new to F&B is fine
- Bartender (coffee + mocktails) 1 year behind a bar or as a barista
in the kitchen
- Chef de Partie (CDP) 3 years in a kitchen and you can run a station
- Demi Chef 2 years in a kitchen
- Senior Cook 2 years as a cook
- Cook new to kitchens is fine
- Steward new to kitchens is fine
